In continuation of our public enlightenment program on the activities of Emohua local government council especially in the area of infrastructural development, we bring to you the pictorial evidence of the progress of work at the ongoing completion and remodeling of the long abandoned office complex in the council secretariat.
This particular project was initiated and abandoned by the administration of Hon Allen Nma, about two decades ago, successive administrations also left the project unattended to but Dr. Chidi Lloyd in line with his administration’s vision of repositioning the local government area approved the completion and remodeling of the project.
Dr. Lloyd who believes that government is a continuum also considered the fact that the long abandoned office complex if not completed would deface the emerging new Emohua local government council secretariat and as well defeat his administration’s vision of giving the council headquarters a facelift, is committed to seeing to the completion of the project.
The office complex upon completion is expected to provide comfortable office accommodation for agencies of government and civil servants in the local government council.
